Detailed Description

Convert CanOpen::CanFrame ↔ hf_can_message_t for BaseCan I/O.

Lives in hf-core (not hf-utils-canopen) so hf-utils-canopen stays free of BaseCan / hardware message types. Include when linking CANopen helpers to TWAI.
