Detailed Description

Global configuration structure.

The defaults are the configuration Init() writes, so ConfigureGlobal(GlobalConfig{}) changes nothing: CRC check and SPI watchdog off, clock watchdog on, 3.3 V VIO thresholds, VBAT 7 V / 40 V. Turn crc_enabled and spi_watchdog_enabled on explicitly once the bus is proven; with the SPI watchdog on, ReloadSpiWatchdog() must run before WD_TIME expires (datasheet 5.2.2).
