TON register bit definitions.

Per datasheet \u00a75.3.3.12 p.96. Provides: bits 9:0 TON_MANT On-time mantissa (exponent comes from DITHER_CLK_DIV.EXP, NOT PERIOD.EXP). bits 15:10 OLSG_TIMEOUT Open-load / short-to-ground check timeout.

Used in DIRECT_DRIVE_SPI mode to control constant on-time without dither. Formula: t_ON = TON_MANT * 2^EXP / fSYS (EXP from per-channel dither clock).
