Unified handler for ISF15ACP4 SmartDisplay modules.

Parameters

spi	Host SPI.
cs	Software chip-select GPIO.
dc	Data/command GPIO.
reset	Panel reset GPIO.
config	Product variant and graphics backend.
vcc_enable	Optional VCC enable GPIO.
switch_in	Optional switch sense GPIO.
switch_active_low	True when the switch input is active-low.
