Must implement bool transfer(const uint8_t* tx, uint8_t* rx, size_t len, uint32_t timeout_ms). May implement void delay_us(uint32_t us) (sleep at least us microseconds): when it does, Device::WaitReady() sleeps between status polls instead of polling back to back.
